2 hrs wait for delivery not as much meat in curry as in other meals me and my wife have had

This website does not work apparently so do not order your food on here! Not sure why it’s still live and you’re able to place an order as no explanation or apology given when we phoned to see where our order was. We used to be regulars here as the food is really good however the customer service over the last couple of years (delivery and eat in) is severely lacking and let’s the whole place down. We had put this down to new staff that hadn’t been trained however a year or so has passed now and they are no better.

I contacted your restaurant after finding that the rice was missing from my delivery and all the young girl could say on the end of the phone was 'we'll get it too you as soon as we can' with no apology for it being missing and I pointed out that my food would be cold by the time the rice arrived. The person who then delivered the rice shoved it into my hands, again with no apologies for it being missing in the first place, and proceeded to leave. I asked if he worked for Just Eat and he replied that he worked for yourselves and then walked off. Poor customer service from possibly people lacking in customer service experience! Although I tried to keep my food warm in the oven I did end up eating half a luke warm curry by the time the rice arrived. Perhaps some staff training in customer service & politeness wouldn't go amiss?

Been a regular here for a couple of years now, and although it's a small curry house it offers some of the tastiest curry's I've had in any restaurant to date including the big ones around Birmingham etc. Service can suffer especially when their busy but it's usually sorted with a quick word. Friendly staff and great curry, highly recommended.
